I just wanted to email you to let you know how useful and effective your “10 Things a Day” guide from the challenges tab has been in my life. The way you presented the information was easy to read as well as being very aesthetically pleasing, I’ve even printed it out and put it up on my bedroom wall at home! The guide presents simple, small and manageable tasks to do everyday, I don’t feel overwhelmed when attempting to follow this guide and it leaves me feeling motivated, capable and fulfilled!
