Hi Kelly, I am just writing to let you know how I have embraced your list of 20 ways to keep your body healthy and it has changed my life!! In particular, I have started running and I am enjoying this greatly. I am think of joining the local parkrun. I have also encouraged my wife and children to follow your list. My daughter Zoe has really taken to napping and is doing this regularly. My daughter Rachel, on the other hand, enjoys cooking healthy meals, especially with lots of vegetables. My youngest daughter Kelly enjoys singing and finally my wife Tracy loves playing sport with her friends!! Keep up the great work Kelly!! Your changing lives!! Regards

Hi Kelly, Thanks for making this website! I have found the meditation really helpful (especially the Honest Guys meditation) for de-stressing after a long day. I will be sure to try out the 7 day challenge, as well as the 30 day challenge, they both would be a great challenge. The healthy recipes are super easy and yum, the Coconut Almond Granola is my favourite so far! I'm glad I found this website as I have been having fun as well as being in a better state of mind!
