Daily Yoga is an app that provides free, daily guided yoga sessions to follow along with at home. It helps with weight loss and is very beneficial!

BetterMe is a workout training and diet plan app that helps to sustain a healthy body. BetterMe also has a similar app called BetterMen for male workout guides and diets.

Mind Body Green is a website that encompasses all aspects of wellness including mindfulness, health, food, movement etc. They also have a variety of resources that to help with nutrition, losing weight, dealing with mental illnesses etc.

Health.com is a website that has many articles on many different topics such as beauty, weight-loss, food, fitness and life. They also have lots of interesting and helpful information on diets and exercise!

Youtube Channels

1. The Health Nerd

The Health Nerd is a youtube channel that helps to explain the science behind numerous health and fitness topics. The videos are presented as an animation and are very easy to understand!

2. Health Tips

Health Tips is a youtube channel that uploads daily videos on a variety of different topics such as What to Eat after a Workout, Top 5 Foods for Healthy Brains and 5 Foods you Should Eat Everyday.
