Smiling Mind is a not-for-profit organisation that provides free guided meditations on their app for Android and Apple. They have over 2.6 million downloads and have helped over 1.5 million school kids to become more mindful. You can download the app below!

Headspace is an application that provides guided meditations, themed sessions to help with stress /sleep /focus etc, and exercises that help to calm you down in moments of extreme stress /anxiety. Headspace have an app for Android and Apple that can be accessed down below.
